Principles for Dealing with Antisocial Forces

We are firmly committed to maintaining the public trust and to securing a sound basis for the conduct of Financial Instruments Businesses by eliminating relationships with Antisocial Forces through the establishment and implementation of the following “Principles for Dealing with Antisocial Forces” to ensure the safety of staff and clients.
1. We will not engage in any transaction with Antisocial Forces.
2. When we find any relationships with Antisocial Forces, we will take the appropriate measures for the dissolution of the remaining relationship and will not extend facilities or finance.
3. We, as an organization in its entirety, will definitely reject any undue claims from Antisocial Forces.
4. We will take an appropriate legal course of action by pursuing civil and criminal charges for undue claims from Antisocial Forces.
5. We will establish close relationships with external experts, such as the police, Center for the Elimination of Boryokudan(Crime Syndicate), legal counsels, etc., in preparation for any undue claims from Antisocial Forces.
